1. About these terms
Wrecking Ball Crew is made by the Company named at the top of this page. In these terms, "the Company", "we" and "us" mean that company. These terms apply to the Wrecking Ball Crew game for iPhone (the "game") and to this website. By using the game or the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Your license to the game
The game is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple license"). These terms add to the Apple license. If anything here conflicts with the Apple license about your use of the game, the Apple license applies.
3. The full-game purchase
- The game is free to download, and the first 10 sites are free to play.
- One optional in-app purchase unlocks the remaining sites. The price is shown in the App Store before you buy, and may vary by country and include local taxes.
- Purchases are sold and processed by Apple under Apple's terms. There are no subscriptions, no virtual currency and nothing else to buy.
- You can restore your purchase on other devices signed in to the same Apple Account by tapping Restore purchase in the game's settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Ownership
The game, its sites, artwork, sounds and code, the Wrecking Ball Crew name, and the content of this website belong to the Company and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may play the game and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of your own play, including in reviews.
5. Things you may not do
- Copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the game, except as the Apple license or the law allows.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the game, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
- Use the game or this website to break the law, or interfere with this website or the people who use it.
6. Updates and changes
We may update the game to add sites, fix problems or change features. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If you keep using the game or website after a change, the updated terms apply.
