Common questions
I bought the full game. How do I get it on a new phone?
Open Wrecking Ball Crew, go to Settings and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with. There is no extra charge.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device. Deleting the game also deletes your progress, so keep it installed if you want to keep your stars.
I am stuck on a site.
Tap Hint to see a shot that works. Every site has been tested and can be cleared with one well-placed swing. Fail a site three times and your next hint on it is free.
What happens if I hit a house or a car?
Hitting a house fails the site, because people live there. A light bump to a car just sets off its alarm. A hard hit dents it and costs you one star. Before you swing, tap a car to roll it out of the way.
How do I turn the sound off?
Tap the gear on the main screen and switch Sound off.
Why does the game play sideways?
The sites are wide, so the game plays in landscape. Turn your phone sideways when you open it.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
