Old Town needs clearing. Every block marked with a red X comes down below the rubble line. The houses next door stay standing, because people live there. Try not to dent the cars, either.

Do good work here and the Docks are yours next.

Houses have to survive. Parked cars honk when you tap them and roll out of the way if there is room. Dent one and it costs you a star.
