This policy covers the Wrecking Ball Crew game for iPhone (the "game") and this website, wreckingballcrew.com (the "website").

3. Information we collect

In the game

• The game does not collect personal information, and it has no accounts or sign-in.
• Your progress, stars, scores, hint counts and settings are saved only on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
• The game contains no advertising and no third-party analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools. It works offline.
• On the App Store, the game's privacy label is "Data Not Collected".

Purchases

The game offers one optional in-app purchase that unlocks the full game. Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and processed by Apple. We do not receive your name, email address, Apple Account or payment details. Apple tells the game on your device that the purchase was made, so the full game can unlock. Apple's handling of your information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

On this website

The website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or forms. Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider, which automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used only to deliver pages and keep the website secure. We do not use it to identify you.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

• Emails are kept only as long as needed to help you, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
• Website logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period for security, then deleted.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the European Union, the United Kingdom and California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email us and we will respond within one month. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Neither the game nor this website uses cookies, local tracking identifiers, advertising identifiers or similar technologies. Because nothing is set, there is no cookie banner to accept.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, so there is nothing for that signal to switch off, and the website works the same either way.

10. Children

Wrecking Ball Crew is suitable for all ages. The game collects no personal information from anyone, including children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Company is based in the United States. If you email us from another country, your message is processed in the United States by our email provider, which applies its own safeguards for international transfers.
